About the Clinical NGS Database

Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Database software was originally developed as a central database system to manage the huge number of target re-sequencing analysis results and clinical information associated with the Japanese nation-wide deafness gene study consortium.

Based on this original deafness variant database system, the Clinical NGS Database software was modified to be applicable to other inherited diseases and graphical user interfaces were added for easy operation.

This database software offers easy start up, easy maintenance and the reduction of the load on computer resources, while providing powerful analysis tools for clinical next-generation sequencing.
